Do I need a medical card to purchase from your store?
You don't need a medical card to shop at Karma Club, but if you have one, it'll save you money! We serve both medical and recreational customers. Recreational customers must bring a valid, non-expired goverment-issued ID stating they are over the age of 21+ to purchase from our dispensary. Medical patients must bring both a valid, non-expired ID AND their non-expired Illinois Medical Cannabis Program QP. number to purchase at the reduced tax rate. Where are you located?
Karma Club is located at 1590 N Clybourn Ave, just across North Ave from the North/Clybourn ‘L’ station.
Do you have parking?
YES! We have a parking lot in the rear of the building, accessible from both the Clybourn and the Dayton side. We also have one ADA parking space with ramp access from both ends of the parking lot.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, debit and AeroPay. Please note: debit transactions are cashless ATM transactions; there is a $3.50 fee per transaction.
I placed a pre-order online. How do I know when my order is ready?
Thanks for ordering ahead! You’re welcome to come by anytime after placing an order, and you do not need to wait for a confirmation text or email to pick-up your order.
Note: If you have created an account with I Heart Jane or have provided contact details at checkout, you may still receive a confirmation text after we have packed your order.
Do I have to be 21?
If you are purchasing recreationally, you must be 21 years old or older. Please bring a non-expired, government-issued ID with a photo and your date of birth. Medical patients under the age of 21 may shop at Karma Club if they have both a non-expired government-issued ID and a non-expired Illinois Medical Cannabis Program QP. Number. Non-medical minors are not permitted on store grounds.
What forms of identification do you accept?
Per the state of Illinois, all acceptable forms of identification must be government-issued.
Common examples include:
• Drivers License
• State ID
• Passport
• International PassportNote: We do not accept International Driver’s Licenses or Permits.
We also accept:
• U.S. Military IDs
• Consular Identification Cards
• Temporary Visitor Driver’s License
• Chicago CityKey Identification
• International Election Identification Cards
• Tribal Identification Cards
• Indigenous Reservation Government Identification Cards
• Visas
• Green CardsFurther identification may be required for proof of Illinois residency (necessary for full purchase allotment vs out-of-state allotment).

How much am I allowed to purchase?
If you have an Illinois government-issued ID, or proof of Illinois residency, you are permitted to purchase per day:
• 60g of flower
• 10g of concentrates
• 1000mg of edibles and infused products (including topicals and tinctures)
If you have an out-of-state ID, as in, anything issued outside of the state of Illinois including passports, you are permitted to purchase per day:
• 30g of flower
• 5g of concentrates
• 500mg of edibles and infused products (including topicals and tinctures)
What discounts do you offer?
First Time Discount:
If it’s your first time shopping with us, you will receive 10% off your order total on your first visit. If you spend $100 or more (pre-tax), you will receive an additional 10% off your order total.
You must make a loyalty profile in order to use your first time discount. Loyalty profiles are made automatically when placing an order online or at the kiosk, or your budtender can assist you at the register.
Daily Discounts:
30% off – Industry (those who currently work in the Illinois cannabis industry)
30% off – Medical (those who have a medical marijuana card from Illinois or another state)10% off – Local Love (employees and owners of Lincoln Park businesses)
25% off – Veteran
10% off – SSDI
10% off – Senior (55+) / 20% off on Sundays
Please note that discounts do not stack with any other sale or offer. We will always make sure we give you the better of two discounts.
Am I allowed to open what I just purchased?
While we’re equally as excited about your purchase as you are, consumption is NOT permitted on our property. Please wait until you leave the dispensary property to open and use your cannabis purchase.

Is there a rewards program?
Yes!
$1 Spent (excl. tax) = 1 point
300 points: $5 off
600 points: $10 off
900 points: $20 off
You must have a loyalty profile to earn and redeem points; this can be created by placing an order online or by asking your budtender to make one for you while shopping in-store.
Do I get something on my birthday?
You can receive a free pre-roll* on your birthday! Please inform your budtender that you’d like to redeem the offer. Offer is only valid on the day of your birthday.
*Infused pre-rolls, blunts, and pre-roll packs are excluded.

How much should I smoke, ingest, or consume?
If you’re unsure of the proper dosage for your tolerance, it’s always wise to start “low and slow” or with small dosages to gauge your individual effects. It also helps to talk to your budtender. Let them know what your needs are, what types of experiences you’re looking for, how often you already consume, etc.
Do you have a return or exchange policy?
We do not accept returns per state regulations, but if you have an issue with any product, reach out to our team at [email protected]
Do you have delivery?
We do not offer delivery per state regulations, but you can pre-order online for same-day store pick-up at your convenience. Pre-orders cannot be held overnight. If you don’t pick up your order the same day, you’ll have to reorder it again. Order history is not stored overnight if the order is not picked up after being placed.
Are there any purchase limits?
Illinois residents can purchase up to 60g of flower, 1000mg of edibles, and 10g of concentrates. Out-of-state residents can purchase up to 30g of flower, 500mg of edibles, and 5g of concentrates.
