AK-47

AK-47 goes back to 1992. Serious Seeds built it out of four landraces, and it predates almost everything else on a modern shelf by about thirty years. The nose lands earthy and herbal, closer to hops than fruit, with a sweet green note trailing behind it. The flavor holds that earth through the inhale and runs drier than the aroma suggests, finishing herbal and clean without much citrus or spice to break it up. The effects land fast and clear, a bright cerebral lift with enough body underneath to keep it even, which is the whole reason a cross this old is still worth carrying.
